Job summary

Metcon, Inc. is seeking a VDC/BIM Manager to lead BIM initiatives across multiple projects, establish standards, coordinate execution, and drive innovation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage ACC, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu and related platforms, mentor VDC personnel, and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners while supporting preconstruction and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 5 years in BIM/VDC leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead company VDC/BIM initiatives.
• Develop BIM standards and execution plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and clash detection.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, and field operations.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms.
• Perform constructability reviews and quality assurance.
• Train and mentor VDC personnel.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Evaluate and implement emerging construction technologies.
