Job summary

Windover Construction seeks an Innovation Coordinator (BIM/VDC) to support project teams by applying BIM, VDC, reality capture, and emerging construction technologies across all project phases. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to improve coordination, visualization, constructability, and digital delivery while supporting the Innovation Group.

The role requires strong BIM/VDC knowledge, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, excellent communication, and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an AEC field with relevant BIM/VDC exposure.
• 0–4 years of BIM/VDC/architecture/engineering/construction experience are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models through the project lifecycle.
• Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Participate in trade coordination meetings and constructability reviews.
• Develop renderings, animations, and visual presentations for stakeholder reviews.
• Support field layout and model-based construction workflows.
