Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a VDC Coordinator III to develop and maintain BIM models and support VDC procedures across projects. You will act as a hands-on model author, coordinating with teams, clients, and architects to ensure clarity and constructability.

The role blends modeling, quantity takeoffs, scheduling support, and trade coordination on active sites. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is required, with at least 3 years

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent completion of a Construction Management Certificate Program required.
Minimum 3 years of related project engineering experience and proficient plan reading.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain BIM models (structure, architectural elements, MEP) and serve as Model Administrator.
Derive quantities, perform quantity take-offs, and support scheduling with 4D simulations.
Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors; manage model change control and RFI responses.
