Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a VDC Manager II to lead the VDC process across multiple projects, coordinating staff and stakeholders.

You will implement VDC guidelines, manage 4D scheduling, and ensure modeling stays on schedule and on budget. Requires degree in Engineering/CM/Architecture and 7+ years’ experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Archicad, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent construction management certificate.
• 7+ years of relevant VDC/BIM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC/BIM implementation plan meetings and establish project-specific VDC guidelines.
• Establish and implement VDC procedures for timely modeling and shop-drawing approvals.
• Lead adoption of VDC tools and develop training materials; conduct software training.
