Job summary

Vitae-Health-Systems is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst, VBC Analytics & Insights to translate value-based care data, including LEAD ACO performance, into actionable insights for leadership, clinical partners, and operational stakeholders. You will own analytics output and work with Vitae's analytics platform vendor on data quality and requirements.

The role emphasizes translating CMS and claims data into clear insights for non-technical audiences, rather than building data infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
3+ years in healthcare analytics, health informatics, or related quantitative role.
Experience working with complex healthcare claims or CMS data (CCLF, quality files, attribution).
Ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-ready reporting for non-technical audiences.
Experience evaluating a third-party analytics vendor's outputs and data quality.

Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting: develop and maintain VBC reporting and dashboards on total cost of care, utilization, quality, attribution, and shared savings.
Produce ad hoc analysis for VBC and clinical leadership to support decisions.
Translate clinical and claims data into population health insights.
Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
