Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare analytics experience required.
• Experience with value-based care programs (ACOs, MSSP, MA, risk contracts) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data steward for VBC analytics; maintain data dictionaries, rules, and validation criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics initiatives.
• Lead validation and certification of VBC measures per contract & regulatory specs.
• Monitor data pipelines and resolve data quality issues with business owners.
