Job summary

Amazon Health Services seeks a Manager, Business Analysis to lead the VBC performance analytics team within Medicare Population Health Programs. You will own the reporting cadence (WBR/MBR/QBR) and manage a team delivering insights and forecasting models for ACO and MA portfolios.

The role requires deep VBC domain expertise in Medicare risk adjustment economics, claims drivers, and cohort dynamics, with close partnership to BIE/DE teams to ensure data products meet leadership needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business/data analyst experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end WBR, MBR, and QBR process with narrative development and variance analysis.
• Translate risk adjustment data into actionable insights and RAF trends.
• Lead and develop a team of 6-7 BAs with clear expectations and growth paths.
• Partner with BIE/DE, actuary, finance, and clinical ops to align data products and reporting standards.
