Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years experience or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s with 10+/8+ years.
• Relevant sales/clinical experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must reside in assigned territory; travel and driving required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue and market-share objectives.
• Identify opportunities across accounts to expand partnerships and maximize performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders through consultative discussions.
• Influence and close opportunities through value-based selling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expand market growth by generating leads and representing Medtronic at industry events.
