Job summary

Medtronic plc in Baltimore is seeking a Sr. Principal Vascular Sales Rep to grow revenue and share across the territory. You will promote and service the full PV product portfolio, working closely with physicians and healthcare teams to expand access to advanced therapies.

Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, driving therapy adoption of DCB and Atherectomy, training staff, and maintaining compliant territory operations while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience promoting vascular product portfolios is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in medical sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share for the assigned territory by promoting and servicing vascular products.
• Develop new accounts and drive therapy adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and PV portfolio.
• Train staff and physicians, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Manage territory operations with account planning and expense control.
• Represent Medtronic at industry events and conferences.
