Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years experience or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s with 10+/8+ years.
  • Relevant sales/clinical experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Must reside in assigned territory; travel and driving required; valid driver’s license.

To grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting,sellingand servicing Vascular products.Build business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of DCB, Atherectomyand the full PV product portfolio across the continuum of care for PAD.Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning,administration,and expense planning and control.Train medical staff on products and procedures.Consistently achieve assignedperformanceobjectivesand business goals.

This Baltimore-based role requires candidates toresidewithin the assigned territory and travel regularly between customer accounts.Vascular Sales Representativesare required towork standard business hours and may often requireadditionalevenings,weekendsand travel to support business needs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed revenue, market share, and account developmentobjectives.
  • Identifyand capitalize on opportunities across existing and prospective accounts,leveragingthe full product portfolio to expand customer partnerships, increase account penetration, and maximize business performance.
  • Build and strengthenrelationships with physicians, administrators, and key healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling, strategic presentations, and clinical discussions that drive therapy adoption and business growth.
  • Influence and closebusiness opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, effective objection handling, and cross-functional partnerships that deliver customer and business outcomes.
  • Expand and acceleratemarket growth by generating leads, uncovering new business opportunities,representingMedtronic at industry conferences and customer events, and implementing strategies that differentiate Medtronic solutions from competitors.
  • Partnerwith physicians and care teams to plan procedures, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and deliver exceptional customer experiences thatoptimizepatient outcomes.
  • Manage territory operations with a focus on account coverage, market intelligence, expense stewardship, and adherence to financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to share market insights, support businessobjectives, andmaintainexpertisein products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends. Perform job duties that require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workdayup to 8 hours a day. Operate safely in clinical environments that may require the use of personal protective equipment and exposure to infectious diseases or radiation. Performs other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years experience*
  • OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years experience*
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience*

*Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertain solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
