Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and RN licensure required/strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification required or able to obtain.
• Minimum 6–8 years related experience with supervisory or project management responsibilities.
• Experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center or Vascular Access Lab.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and medical database software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures with staff and physicians.
• Support CQI activities and drive quality standards to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee documentation and maintenance of medical records and inventories.
• Ensure patient safety, accurate administration of meds and emergency readiness.
• Supervise facility staff and coordinate training and performance.
• Manage vendor invoices, compliance with HIPAA and policy adherence.
