Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN licensure required.
• Current state RN license and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or project/program management experience.
• Experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center/vascular access setting or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures with staff and physicians.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care and compliance.
• Manage medications, inventory, and related records to support safe care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatments from admission to discharge.
• Lead continuous quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and management.
