Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an RN supervisor to coordinate facility operations and patient procedures in a high-quality vascular access setting. You will work with the Facility Manager, staff and physicians to ensure safe, efficient patient care from admission through discharge.

The role requires 6–8 years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities, RN licensure, ACLS, and strong MS Office/medical database skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Advanced Degree desirable.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) with current licensure and ACLS certification.
• 6–8 years related experience; 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience.
• Minimum of three years' experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center/Vascular Access Lab or related settings; Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with medical database software.

Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop facility-specific quality action plans to achieve targets.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge and ensure efficient facility capacity use.
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care of vascular access.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments from admission to discharge.
• Oversee medication management, inventory, and recording of controlled substances.
• Communicate with physicians; participate in CQI meetings and ensure necessary equipment available.
• Ensure facility equipment operation, safety, and adherence to policies.
