Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Tennessee seeks an experienced RN Facility Manager to coordinate facility operations and patient procedures, ensuring quality care daily in line with policies and training. You will help staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with regulations.

You will lead CQI initiatives, supervise RNs and technologists, and collaborate with physicians to optimize vascular access services while maintaining patient safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current state licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Office Based Surgical Center/Vascular Access Lab or Interventional Radiology; ICU/CCU experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience within medical or vascular access environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with medical database software.
• Certified in BLS & ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures to ensure quality care.
• Supervise and direct facility staff providing vascular access procedures.
• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure documentation accuracy across medical records and CQI activities.
• Participate in policy development and adherence to regulatory standards.
