Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced RN Facility Manager to coordinate operations and patient procedures across the vascular access facility. You will lead staff, ensure quality care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will oversee all administrative, clinical, and safety functions, manage medications and records, and partner with physicians to optimize patient outcomes in a dynamic ambulatory setting. Bachelor’s in Nursing and current RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Advanced Degree desirable.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 6–8 years related experience; 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of patient care with staff from admission through discharge.
• Assists with emergency procedures and ensures patient safety and documentation.
• Maintains medical records, ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
