Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; RN licensure required.
• ACLs certification and current state licensure required.
• Minimum 6–8 years related healthcare experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with medical database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures from admission to discharge.
• Provide nursing support to patients and staff and ensure quality care.
• Drive CQI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Manage medication and IV administration per physician orders and policy.
• Oversee staff training, equipment, and patient safety programs.
