Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to partner with Fortune 2000 customers, translating complex business needs into practical portfolio management and agile solutions. You will lead value adoption, perform impactful demos, and present strategic roadmaps.

You will collaborate across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management, mentoring account teams and driving cross-domain learning while maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote, flexible environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology or business required; 12+ years in tech or business roles.
Experience with enterprise software management and portfolio planning is essential.
Proven ability to translate business needs into software and process designs.

Responsibilities

Perform value alignment with strategic customers and drive adoption.
Build relationships across IT and business silos to map portfolio management needs.
Lead engagements and document customer requirements and solutions.
Demonstrate value through demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
Present solution roadmaps and collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management.
Mentor team members within assigned accounts and track engagement metrics.
Maintain knowledge of Agile Operations Division capabilities across the portfolio.
Collaborate on account marketing activities and cross-domain learning.
