Ladders is seeking a Director, Value Stream Transformation to lead enterprise-wide lean transformation initiatives for a Manufacturing & Automotive leader. This remote US-based role partners with senior leaders to set priorities, outcomes, and measurable success across cross-functional teams. Strong candidates will drive structured problem solving and remove barriers to enable transformation programs.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $164,000 – $225,000 annually.

Competenze

• 15+ years in lean transformation and enterprise programs.
• Proven success in business turnarounds using lean methods.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Leadership in cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring leaders and influencing sponsors.
• Strong financial judgment across varied conditions.
• Expertise in value-stream transformation and Lean thinking.
