Job summary

Legrand AV, Inc. is seeking a transformation leader to join the global Operations Excellence & Modernization team.

You will own the manufacturing improvement roadmap and drive cross-functional programs across international sites, including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and rapid improvements. This remote role requires 10+ years in manufacturing or transformation, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Operations Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• MBA or master's degree in operations, supply chain, or industrial management preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations engineering, or transformation roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global manufacturing improvement roadmap aligning with growth strategy and business objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with deliverables, resources, timelines and targets.
• Lead and coordinate a high-performing transformation team focused on productivity, capacity, safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Drive complex cross-functional transformation programs from assessment to benefits realization.
• Partner with site and functional leaders to identify gaps, set priorities, remove barriers and accelerate results.
• Establish governance, metrics and review processes to ensure accountability and sustained execution.
• Support sites during rapid growth, capacity expansion, or performance challenges.
• Standardize and scale practices, technologies and operating models globally.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, 3P workshops, value stream mapping and rapid improvement activities.
