Ladders is seeking a Director, Value Stream Transformation to lead enterprise-wide lean transformation initiatives for a Manufacturing & Automotive leader. This remote US-based role partners with senior leaders to set priorities, outcomes, and measurable success across cross-functional teams. Strong candidates will drive structured problem solving and remove barriers to enable transformation programs.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $164,000 – $225,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in lean transformation and enterprise programs.
• Proven success in business turnarounds using lean methods.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

This role will drive enterprise-wide lean transformation efforts that improve performance, strengthen execution, and support meaningful operational change across the business. The Director will partner with senior leaders to define priorities, establish clear outcomes, and ensure transformation initiatives are set up for measurable success. This position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to remove barriers, maintain transparency, and advance a culture of structured problem solving.
