Danfoss is seeking a Senior Value Stream Manager to lead a major manufacturing value stream in Tallahassee, with end-to-end ownership across Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.

The role drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth, building a high-performing team and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement through Lean practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading Production and multiple manufacturing functions.
• Proven management of large-scale operations with 100+ employees.
• Strong business, financial, and Lean expertise.
• Background in automotive or highly regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead an integrated Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering organization across the value stream.
• Own value stream performance and operating plans for a $300M-$400M business.
• Drive Lean and standardized management systems to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Advance capabilities via process improvements, capacity expansion, and automation.
• Develop a cross-functional leadership team and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales, R&D, EHS, HR, and Maintenance to align initiatives.
• Lead readiness for new product launches and product transfers with minimal disruption.
• Govern IATF 16949 and ISO-based processes and strengthen corrective actions.
