Danfoss seeks a Sr. Industrial Engineer- Factory Logistics in Tallahassee, FL to optimize material flow from receiving to shipping. You will lead logistics transformations, drive lean improvements, and deploy automation technologies across the factory.

This is a full-time on-site role reporting into the Supply Chain and Operations group. You will collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality to deliver measurable improvements, better

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, factory logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments.
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead factory logistics improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and inventory accuracy.
Design and implement warehouse layouts, material handling systems, and replenishment processes.
Drive automation projects with AGVs, AMRs, fleet management, and smart factory tech.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, production transfers, and facility expansions.
Use data analytics and lean methods to identify opportunities, deliver cost savings, and improve productivity.
