Danfoss Power Solutions Segment in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead an assigned manufacturing value stream and deliver world-class performance in SQDCP objectives.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership for production, developing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Success means a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment with Lean initiatives driving results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading leaders or equivalent management roles.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience using operational KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost targets.
• Coach and mentor supervisors and production personnel for engagement and development.
• Champion a zero-injury culture and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Lean initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, standardized work and visual management.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, labor planning, resource allocation, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and HR.
• Support audits and continuous improvement to reduce defects and customer complaints.
