• Familiarity with AI-enabled estimating tools and data-driven cost benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent, bottom-up construction cost estimates for North America stakeholders across retrofit, expansion, and new-build projects.
• Develop estimates from concept through RFP-ready documents using appropriate methodologies.
• Own estimating strategies for multi-site programs and produce detailed bottom-up estimates for site-specific projects.
• Generate conceptual ROM estimates to support planning and funding approvals.
• Lead should-cost modeling and value engineering analyses to optimize cost while preserving design intent and schedule.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve estimating efficiency and validate outputs with expert judgment.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, design, sourcing, and stakeholders to validate assumptions and communicate risks.
