Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Industry Value Engineering to lead ROI models and value narratives that quantify the platform's impact for customers undergoing digital transformation and AI initiatives.

This role partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Industry, and Advisory teams to translate requirements into defensible ROI frameworks and present executive-ready findings that accelerate customer decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, value engineering, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience at Associate or Senior Associate level in a top-tier firm preferred.
• Proven delivery of customer-facing or strategy-heavy projects involving digital transformation or AI.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop structured frameworks quickly.
• Vertical exposure in Capital Markets, Life Sciences, or Industrial (Oil & Gas) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own ROI models, TCO analyses, business cases, and value frameworks grounded in defensible assumptions.
• Translate complex environments into clear value narratives aligned to Equinix’s platform strategy.
• Produce Excel-based models, scenario analyses, and value justification packs for customers.
• Lead customer-facing discovery, value workshops, and executive presentations.
