Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager of the AI Value team to define and drive measurable business value across AI initiatives within Verizon Business Marketing. You will collaborate with AI Product owners and stakeholders to ensure investments translate into tangible financial outcomes and operational improvements.

This role sits at the intersection of business, data science, technology and finance, emphasizing governance for responsible AI and impact measurement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in consulting, marketing, analytics or digital transformation.
• Experience developing KPIs to measure program success.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs.
• Stakeholder management experience.

Mansioni

• Build and shape the value creation function with ROI models and value narratives.
• Lead and develop AI agents to automate ROI, TCO, value models and KPI scorecards.
• Drive revenue growth and marketing efficiency through AI use cases across VBG marketing.
• Partner with product owners to drive initiatives from ideation to measurable impact.
• Ensure delivery against value targets like financial impact, churn reduction, ARPU/ARPA.
• Create business cases and report on revenue lift, cost savings and efficiency.
