Job summary

Somatus is seeking a Senior Value-Based Care Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Reporting team in the United States. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering advanced analytics and reporting for value-based care programs and contracts.

You will work with claims, clinical, operational, and financial data to generate insights that drive improvements in patient outcomes and cost of care, collaborating with multiple departments and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field (e.g., Healthcare Analytics, Public Health, Informatics, Data Analytics).
• 4-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, BI, or population health analytics.
• 2+ years supporting value-based care programs, provider performance initiatives, or health plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics, reporting, and actionable insights for current and future VBC programs.
• Develop and maintain quality, operational, and financial reporting with clear business rules and data needs.
• Create ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and scorecards to support evolving client needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and actionable reporting aligned with business goals.
• Translate analyses into recommendations to improve clinical and financial outcomes.
