Job summary

Medica in the United States is seeking a Quality Analytics Healthcare Analyst to deliver analytics and insights that support the Quality Strategy across STARS, HEDIS, NCQA, and CMS programs. You will translate healthcare, clinical, and claims data into actionable insights that drive quality outcomes, member experience, provider performance, and financial results.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of work experience beyond degree.
Experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical, provider).
Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics and reporting supporting STARS, HEDIS, provider quality outcomes, and member engagement.
Translate healthcare data into actionable insights for quality improvement and business decisions.
Design dashboards and visualizations (Power BI/Tableau) for audiences from technical teams to executives.
