• Valuation of businesses and intangible assets for ASC frameworks.
• Experience running complex financial models.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Technical skills in Excel, financial modeling, model validation, and writing.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, conduct, manage, and oversee valuation projects and services.
• Understand and manage firm risk on valuation projects and proposals.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior professionals on valuation of financial instruments.
• Assess staff performance in engagement and year-end reviews.
• Collaborate with audit teams and regulators on valuation matters.
• Support business development and client management activities.
