Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CFA or ASA certification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years leading complex financial analyses and building financial models.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities to address valuation issues.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage relationships across multiple levels while delivering responsive service.
• Demonstrated leadership, recruiting, training and mentoring capabilities.
• Travel as needed to support client/firm needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and traditional valuation engagements, including pre-deal analyses, value opinions, calculations of value, business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment analyses, tax valuations, complex financial instruments, and litigation matters.
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle, including client communication, relationship building, technical direction, deliverable review, and timely feedback to team members.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients, translating complex valuation and corporate finance analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Direct complex financial analyses, valuation models, research, and ad hoc modeling that support informed client decisions.
• Manage engagement and proposal risk in alignment with Firm expectations.
• Contribute to business development through client presentations, industry and technical conferences, and collaboration with practice leadership on new client strategies.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and provide meaningful feedback to junior professionals while supporting their continued development.
• Travel as needed to support client/firm needs.
