Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
Valuation credential or progress toward CFA/ABV/ASA.
Minimum 7 years in valuation services in a public accounting or consulting environment.
Valuation of businesses, intangibles, and complex securities under ASC 350/360/718/815; tax considerations.
Experience running complex financial models.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Technical skills in Excel, financial modeling, validation, and business writing.
Experience assisting audit teams with valuations for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, conduct, manage, and oversee valuation projects.
Understand and manage firm risk on projects and proposals.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior professionals on valuation of financial instruments.
Work closely with audit teams and regulators.
Collaborate with Partners and staff on client management and business development.
Participate in presentations and seminars.
