Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CFA or ASA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years leading complex financial and valuation analyses with financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements including pre-deal analyses, value opinions, and impairment analyses.
• Direct engagement lifecycle from client communication to deliverable reviews.
• Serve as trusted advisor translating analyses into actionable insights for clients.
• Direct complex financial analyses and ad hoc modeling to support decisions.
• Manage engagement and proposal risk in line with firm expectations.
• Contribute to business development through client presentations and conferences.
• Recruit, train, and mentor junior professionals; travel as needed (<20%).
