Job summary

Thinkbrg in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate in Valuation for our Corporate Finance practice. You will work on a broad range of valuation engagements for hedge funds, private equity funds, corporations, and lenders, and mentor junior staff while developing leadership and business development skills.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of valuation experience, strong financial modeling skills, and familiarity with Capital IQ and Bloomberg.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
2–4 years of valuation experience, preferably with a national accounting or valuation firm.
Experience leading the development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables.
Progress toward ASA designation is viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

Analyze historical and projected financial information.
Develop detailed financial models to value companies and investments.
Direct junior staff in developing detailed financial models to value companies and investments.
Efficiently manage large data sets in Excel; leverage Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
Present thorough valuation analyses to clients per project scope.
Demonstrate strong report writing and client communication skills.
