Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, economics or finance required.
• Advanced degree in business or finance preferred.
• 4+ years in business valuation at a accounting/valuation/consulting firm.
• 5-8 years total experience in professional services.
• Experience in identifying opportunities for work and cross-selling.
• Understanding of derivatives and modeling for life sciences/tech industries preferred.
• Strong financial valuation and capital markets knowledge; client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transaction and dispute support.
• Demonstrate judgment and solve critical valuation/process issues.
• Stay current on technical, business and economic developments relevant to valuation.
• Lead creation of detailed valuation exhibits and reports with quality control.
• Develop business and maintain client relationships; participate in industry groups.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to produce thought leadership.
