JPMorganChase in Jersey City is looking for a Validation Services Product Manager within the Trust & Safety organization to own pipeline conversion, manage client-facing commercialization activities, and enable clients for Validation Services.

You will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Legal, KYC, and Product teams to move opportunities from referrals through to signed mandates and onboarding, scaling GTM use-cases across channels.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in product & partnership management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven record of pipeline growth and mandate delivery.
• Experience with multiple buying centers (procurement, risk, product, treasury).
• External partnership management and client-facing experience.
• Ownership mindset with strong PnL focus.
• Onboarding workflows and cross-functional delivery coordination.
• Strong KPI analytics and executive-ready updates.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and communicate a product strategy and vision aligning client needs with commercial priorities and platform scalability goals.
• Grow and manage the commercial pipeline by identifying and qualifying growth opportunities across target segments to secure client mandates.
• Respond to inbound and partner referrals within SLAs and convert to active opportunities.
• Lead discovery and market research to validate client problems and inform roadmaps and commercialization priorities.
• Lead client pitches and solution positioning, tailoring value propositions to client objectives and risk posture.
• Elicit and develop requirements to advance product development and follow through lifecycle of new requirements.
• Maintain adherence to product sell-box and sales procedures, enabling clients end-to-end.
• Build and report KPI frameworks covering pipeline health, win rates, forecast accuracy, cost/risk/reliability metrics, and handover to strategic teams when relationships mature.
• Develop and streamline client onboarding processes ensuring time-to-market and adherence to risk standards.
