Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior UXO Supervisor to lead field operations across DoD-approved sites, ensuring safe munitions response and range clearance. You will oversee multiple UXO teams, apply rigorous safety and quality standards, and coordinate with clients.

The role requires extensive UXO/EOD experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in remote field environments. Location includes Novi, MI, with travel as needed and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise UXO field operations in compliance with DoD requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple UXO teams and field operations.
• Strong safety culture and PPE/regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site munitions response and range clearance activities.
• Review field reports for accuracy and compliance with DoD and DDESB approvals.
• Assess risks related to UXO/DMM movement and authorize movement when safe.
• Ensure protective works and exclusion zones meet safety regulations.
• Communicate project plans, schedules, and risks to clients and managers.
