Qualifications

• 8+ years leading UX writing or product content strategy for complex software.
• Pragmatic AI fluency: translating ML concepts to user-friendly experiences.
• Systems and taxonomy architecture across multi-surface ecosystems.
• High-caliber writing craft in interface copy and microcopy.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across product, engineering, research, and UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Define naming architectures and end-to-end task flows for AI-enabled creation tools.
• Structure system instructions, latency handling, and multimodal feedback.
• Establish taxonomy across product teams for cohesive governance.
• Champion a direct, human product voice across onboarding paths and error models.
• Contribute to strategic direction of product content across the ecosystem.
• Lead initiatives blending advanced AI capabilities with intuitive content design.
