Work closely with Contentstack CMS, design systems, and cross‑functional teams to deliver accessible, high‑impact experiences aligned with brand and business goals across channels.

Qualifikationen

• Strong portfolio showing campaign and content experience design with narrative Craft and outcomes.
• Proven ability to deliver digital experiences via structured or headless CMS platforms like Contentstack.
• Fluency with design systems, reusable components, tokens, themes, and contribution workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design, building interactive experiences and interpreting results.
• Expertise in accessibility and channel-aware design for web, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with evidence-based iteration using research, usability tests, analytics, or experiments.

Aufgaben

• Translate objectives into guest-centered digital experiences with clear requirements.
• Create campaign and content designs, shaping narrative structure, typography, imagery, and interaction.
• Design and assemble CMS-driven experiences using Contentstack and reusable modules.
• Integrate CMS with design system, applying tokens, components, and themes.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to explore concepts and accelerate iteration.
• Maintain versioned campaign specifications linking guest intent to claims and terms.
• Design campaign variations for diverse audiences and contexts.
• Ensure coherent guest journeys across web, iOS, and Android with platform teams.
• Build accessibility into every experience with semantic structure and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering/content teams during implementation and resolve discrepancies.
