Job summary

Lodgify seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer for Growth to own the visual design and responsive layout of the visitor-to-trial journey. You will craft high-converting landing pages, smooth signups, and early product experiences with data-driven, persuasive web interfaces that drive activation.

You will collaborate with Growth PMs, marketers and copywriters to align messaging, visuals and rapid experiments, while expanding our design system for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Experience designing digital products (SaaS, apps) with web design experience (conversion flows).
• Ability to own a project from interaction definition to production-ready UI without a separate design handoff.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing landing pages, signup flows, and activation moments that convert top-of-funnel traffic.
• Produce production-ready visual assets and specs in Figma for engineering to implement from day one.
• Map detailed user flows, edge cases, error states, and logic maps for seamless engineering execution.
• Architect tailored user journeys that respond to visitor intent and guide conversions.
• Expand and scale design systems with reusable components and tokens for growth layers.
• Apply product-led growth frameworks to unlock activation moments before sign-up.
• Run usability tests and analyses to translate data into layout hypotheses.
• Collaborate daily with Growth PMs, marketers and copywriters to align messaging and visuals.
