Deel is hiring a Senior Product Designer for Growth/Website to own conversion across deel.com and landing pages. You will lead end-to-end design, testing, and optimization, and collaborate with growth, marketing and sales to turn insights into customer-focused pages.

You’ll apply storytelling and strong UI craft while aligning with the design system. This is a fully remote role with potential for flexible office options across regions.

Formación

• 8+ years in product design with web focus.
• Experience owning CRO, hypotheses and test design.
• Strong UI craft with conversion-focused pages.
• Growth mindset: learn from every launch.
• Storytelling and visual hierarchy guiding actions.
• Proficient in analytics tools like Amplitude or GA.
• Experience shipping design systems for marketing sites.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversion on website and landing pages from concept to launch.
• Define problem statements and success metrics for experiments.
• Design, prototype and ship A/B tests quickly.
• Maintain on-brand visuals and design system alignment.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing and sales to meet business goals.
• Use storytelling to introduce products and offers.
• Plan experiments with product managers, engineers and data teams.
• Design landing pages for new product launches.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and other designers.
