Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental platform, seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer for Growth to own the visual design of the visitor-to-trial journey, building high-converting landing pages and seamless signups.

You will partner with Growth Product Managers, marketers, and copywriters to craft data-driven experiences, extend the design system, and apply Product-Led Growth to unlock the user’s aha moment before signup, enabling faster activation and revenue growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
Experience designing digital products (SaaS, apps) and web conversion flows.
Owns projects from interaction definition to production-ready UI.

Responsibilities

Design high-performing landing pages, signup entry points, and activation moments.
Create production-ready visual assets and specs in Figma for engineering.
Draft detailed user flows, edge cases, and error states for seamless execution.
Architect tailored journeys responsive to visitor intent and conversions.
Extend design system with reusable components and tokens for growth.
Apply PLG frameworks to unlock activation moments before signup.
Conduct rapid usability tests and translate data into layout hypotheses.
Collaborate daily with Growth PMs, marketers, and copywriters.
