Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Sr. UX Researcher for Government Solutions UX to lead research for Public Safety, Civilian, and Vital Core portfolios. You will translate findings into actionable recommendations and provide hands-on UX design support when capacity is needed.

You will partner with design, product, engineering, customer success, and sales to deliver user-centered solutions and to advance accessibility initiatives across VPATs and ACRs.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of user research, UX, product design, or related experience.
• Experience applying multiple UX research techniques and selecting appropriate approaches.
• Experience conducting customer interviews, usability studies, field research, journey mapping and product validation.
• Ability to analyze findings and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research across Public Safety, Civilian, and Vital Core products.
• Plan and conduct interviews, usability studies, field research, journey mapping, and validation activities.
• Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations and design improvements.
• Present findings to stakeholders and share insights across the organization.
• Partner with UX designers to ensure feedback informs the design process.
• Create research documentation, wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and interaction designs.
