Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with UX designers, PMs and stakeholders to shape product direction.
• Advocate for user-centered design and research best practices.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Synthesize findings into reports, personas, journey maps and frameworks.
• Promote accessibility and inclusive research practices.
