EBSCO Information Services seeks a Senior UX Researcher to advance usability, accessibility, and scholarly effectiveness of our research platforms. You will design and lead studies with students, faculty, librarians, and researchers to inform product strategy and drive evidence-based improvements for higher education and library tools worldwide.

This is a remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or related field.
• Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear research direction.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously own end-to-end research including planning, designing, and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to influence product direction and strategy.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and research best practices across teams.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Synthesize findings into clear, structured deliverables such as research reports, personas, journey maps, and frameworks.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and equitable access to information in all research efforts.
