Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York is seeking an experienced UX researcher to lead user research across qualitative and quantitative methods, translate insights into business requirements, and collaborate with AI product teams.

You will plan studies, build personas and journey maps, maintain a research data repository, and support user adoption of new and existing AI-driven solutions through actionable findings.

Formación

• 5-8 years of user research and experience design expertise.
• Familiar with Lean Product and Lean UX principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort leading visioning workshops with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience building personas and journey/experience maps and service blueprints.
• Proficient in standard UX research methods including exploratory interviews and usability tests.
• Experience aiding user adoption of AI capabilities through training.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Drive all phases of the user research process from recruitment to reporting.
• Create personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows.
• Maintain a centralized repository of reusable research data and insights.
• Collaborate with Practice Solutions Managers to translate findings into business requirements.
• Work with Data & Analytics to improve AI product adoption and interactions.
• Support collection and analysis of product usage data.
• Support user adoption of new and existing products.
