Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior UX researcher to join the Platform team, partnering with engineering, product, and design to understand developers and buyers building on Claude. You’ll lead studies that shape platform direction, balancing qualitative insights with quantitative data.

You’ll leverage AI in research, build tools to scale our methods, and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders, guiding product decisions and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience scoping, designing, executing, and reporting end-to-end UX studies.
• Strong mixed-methods interview and survey design/analysis.
• Technical background enabling reading docs and collaborating with highly technical teams.
• Experience using AI in research to build analyses and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Understand platform users and decide what to study, owning the agenda.
• Design and run research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Study developers, teams, and buyers of Claude platform.
• Communicate findings to PMs, designers, engineers, and influence decisions.
• Build research tools and infrastructure to keep pace with the platform.
