Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior UX researcher to join the Platform research team. You will lead end-to-end studies, work with platform leaders, and drive decision-making through rigorous qualitative and quantitative research.

You will study developers, teams, and administrators building on Claude, crafting insights that shape what Anthropic builds next. This is a senior individual-contributor role with autonomy and collaboration across researchers and product teams.

Qualifications

• Industry UX research experience across end-to-end studies.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Technical background enabling reading APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand teams' research needs and set a clear agenda.
• Design and run studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Study diverse users including developers and enterprise users.
• Communicate findings to product managers, designers, and engineers and drive decisions.
• Build research tools and infrastructure to keep pace with the platform.
