• 8+ years of industry UX research experience.
• Experience embedding with engineering-led product teams that ship fast and earn influence.
• Experience setting research strategy for a product area in partnership with product/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand leaders' needs and own research agenda for Claude-related platforms.
• Design and run studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Study developers, teams, and buyers who use the platform and communicate findings to product teams.
