You will drive end-to-end studies, socializing findings across teams and maturing internal methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering insights for complex UX research programs.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is preferred.
• Ability to design and execute end-to-end studies using diverse qualitative & quantitative methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Strategy: partner with cross-functional peers to execute roadmaps and validate assumptions.
• Synthesizing & triangulating insights using qualitative data, customer logs, feature requests, and analytics.
• Facilitation & socialization: lead design thinking sessions and communicate findings across teams.
• Collaborate with AI: integrate AI tools to boost research efficiency while safeguarding privacy and ethics.
