Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to shape AI-powered experiences for professionals. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to uncover user needs, evaluate experiences, and drive product strategy across AI-enabled solutions.

You will conduct mixed-methods research, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and mentor a growing research team in a hybrid Raleigh, NC environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX Research experience, or equivalent depth of experience.
• Evidence of end-to-end research ownership and impact.
• Strong synthesis, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own research from intake to impact in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Design and execute end-to-end studies including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and concept testing.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
• Mentor researchers and contribute to research operations.
